Teach you how to properly install metal carved panels

Metal engraved board, also known as metal embossed exterior wall thermal insulation decorative board, has won the recognition and love of the domestic market for its excellent thermal insulation performance and rich realistic decorative effects, and has achieved vigorous development in the domestic market.

Today, I mainly introduce the installation of metal carved panels. In fact, as mentioned above, it is very simple to properly install metal carved panels on a building. It can be done in just five easy steps.

One is the preparation stage. After the ordered metal carved panel and its accessories arrive, you also need to prepare the tools for installing the panel and accessories, mainly including: expansion screws (for concrete and cement brick walls), dovetail nails (for steel structures), drilling guns , air nail gun (optional), marker, tape measure, rubber mallet, knife, etc.;

Second, install the accessory base. Before installing the metal plate, first install the base of the plate accessories, mainly including screwdriver parts, sealing parts, edge wrapping, middle seam, yin and yang corners, etc.;

3. Install the plate. After installing the accessory base, install a metal engraving board horizontally from top to bottom (some pattern panels can also be installed vertically if they do not need waterproofing). All panels must face down with the female port and male port up. Fix it with expansion screws or dovetail nails on the wall (it is recommended to fix a nail every 60cm), then align the female ports of the two boards with the male ports of one board and insert them down tightly, then tap the two boards with a rubber hammer. The interface of the board, make sure the connection of the two boards is tight enough, then fix the two boards to the wall with expansion screws or dovetail nails, and then install the other boards in the same way. It should be noted that when the wall size is different from the plate size, it is necessary to measure and cut before continuing to install.

Fourth, install the accessory cover. After all metal engravings are installed, press the accessory cover firmly onto the base. If it is an accessory of the same material, fix it to the wall with screws, and then seal it with waterproof glass glue.

Fifth, tear off the protective film on the surface of the metal carved board. In order to protect the outer surface of the metal engraving board from being scratched during handling, all boards from the factory will have a protective film on the surface. Therefore, after the board is installed, the protective film can be removed to give the building a new look.
