The difference between galvanized sheet and galvanized sheet:

Galvanized steel coated with 55% Al-Zn alloy coating has superior corrosion resistance compared with galvanized steel of the same thickness when exposed to the same environment on both sides. The galvanized steel sheet with 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating not only has good corrosion resistance, but also the color-coated products have excellent adhesion and flexibility.

The difference between galvanized sheet and galvanized sheet mainly lies in the difference of coating. A layer of zinc material is evenly distributed on the surface of the galvanized sheet, which plays an anodic protection role on the base metal, that is, the alternative corrosion protection of zinc material. Due to the use of base metals, the base metal inside is only destroyed when the zinc is completely corroded.

The surface of the Alzinc coating is a honeycomb structure on the microscopic level, and the "honeycomb" composed of aluminum contains zinc. Therefore, once the galvanized sheet is cut, it will rust very quickly when the cut edge is basically unprotected, so the galvanized sheet should be cut as little as possible. The service life of the board is extended.
